Nadine helped us find our home in a less than stellar market! She's fun, personable and above all knowledgeable! She help steer us away from a house that would've ended up being a nightmare and in return we found our current house, that while despite being a fixer upper has proved to be a great price based on what was, and is popping up on the market! Nadine also helped us find a moving company and an electrician.. If you need contacts with all things house related, her experience has afforded her numerous contacts within all the trades! The experience was superior in every way…she bent over backwards to help us make sure every single requirement for the sale and purchase was not just met, it was exceeded. She had a very vast knowledge of the surrounding markets and useful insights on pre-listing renovations as well as staging the house for sale. She brought in professional photographers, which captured the true beauty of our home and provided elegant colour photo brochures, as well as a virtual home tour video so that people would have something to remember it by. It was that something that made our home stand out above the crowd and we are certain it helped sell it quickly and at top dollar.  

When it came to the purchase of our new home we couldn’t have asked for better guidance. She was so patient and kind when it came to our indecisions, worries and constant revisits to properties. She was always extremely accommodating to our work and family schedules when booking appointments for viewings, etc. Her search for properties was thorough and they always met our criteria for budget, location, functionality and level of work we were willing to do to the house.

The real estate market was unforgiving for me at my price point. However, for two years, Nadine Taylor was always there for me, always very positive, we visited well over 20 houses together over time and she never showed any signs of losing patience. Quite the contrary, she would thoroughly look at all aspects of the ‘bones’ of the house. She had always my best interest at heart and once she spotted the sign of a potential problem, she would tell me: “This one is a NO!” She also took videos for me to send to a home inspector friend in Alberta to get his input.
